Each board is made by hand from solid walnut in edge-grain construction and finished with the maker's own blend of food-safe mineral oil and beeswax. It is wider than our medium board, so it can anchor the table on its own.

  • 19 x 9 x 1.25 in (48 x 23 x 3 cm)
  • Solid walnut, edge-grain construction
  • Finished with food-safe mineral oil and beeswax
  • Hand wash and dry right away; do not soak or put in the dishwasher
  • Re-oil when the wood looks dry
