An olive green boucle with the texture of moss, dense and springy, and the kind of green that sits happily next to brown leather and old rugs.

Why We Chose It

Boucle is a looped yarn, and the loops are what you feel: a springy, nubby surface that is nothing like a flat weave. The weavers make the yarn first, then loom it by hand, tying the loops into the weft so the texture stays raised. At 89% alpaca it is warm without being heavy, and the small share of recycled polyamide helps the loops hold their shape.

How We'd Style It

Fold it over a neutral sofa and let the color be the only saturated thing in the room. If you like a pair, the graphite boucle is its natural partner.
