A handleless tumbler carved with fine vertical lines and sealed under a clear glaze, so the warm red-brown of the clay itself is the color. Nothing painted on, nothing to wear off.
Why We Chose It
Hand carved in a small atelier outside Marrakech led by a Maalem, a master craftsman, from a blend of Spanish black and white clays. That bare-clay warmth is the exact tone of a Santa Fe wall at sunset, which is why this line keeps earning a place here.
