Why We Chose It

Each plate is thrown on the wheel in Black Oak Art's Waco, Texas studio, then trimmed and glazed by hand, which leaves the bare red clay showing at the edge like a thin pencil line around every color. The coupe shape has no flat rim to waste space, so a meal sits generously without the plate feeling oversized.

How We'd Style It

Mix glazes across the table rather than matching, and pair with the coupe cereal bowl from the same studio for a set that looks collected over time.
