Why We Chose It

Women weavers in Tanzania make it from milulu grass that grows wild, dyed a deep charcoal with natural plant dyes. It is the darker sister to our Handwoven Striped Grass Basket, and the two look better together than apart.

How We'd Style It

Slip a potted olive or fiddle-leaf into a large one, or nest the small sizes on a shelf for Adobe & Linen with a folded throw beside them.

Good to Know

Every basket is woven by hand, so sizes are ranges and the speckle shifts from one to the next. The larger sizes are in short supply.
