Why We Chose It

Pizza night deserves a tool that looks as good on the table as it works at the oven. The smaller peel suits a 12 inch pie; the larger takes a 14 inch pizza and doubles as the serving board. Cut to order in cherry, maple or walnut.

Good to Know

Grain and color vary with each board. A dusting of semolina helps the dough slide, and a wipe of oil now and then keeps the wood from drying out.
