A set of four shallow coupelle bowls, hand carved and finished in a matte white glaze over dark Spanish clay. The small size is right for olives, nuts and sauces; the large handles sides, salads and dessert.
Why We Chose It
These come from a small atelier outside Marrakech led by a Maalem, a master craftsman, and the carved rims catch light the way few production bowls do. Little bowls do a lot of work on a Santa Fe table, and these earn their shelf space.
How We'd Style It
Scatter them down the middle of the table for a spread of salts, salsas and small bites, or stack them open-shelf where the carving shows.

Good to Know
