A long, flat walnut spatula carved by hand, with a thin working edge that slides under pancakes and scrapes a skillet clean without scratching it.
Why We Chose It
Carved from solid walnut and rubbed with grapeseed oil. Wood is the right material next to cast iron and the glazed ceramics we sell, and at eighteen dollars this is an easy place to start with the collection.
How We'd Style It
Hang it by the stove with the ladle and keep the steel tools in the drawer for the rare day they are actually needed.
