A full-size pizza peel in solid walnut, with a broad 16 inch blade and a handle long enough to keep knuckles away from a 500 degree stone.
Why We Chose It
Made in a US workshop from American walnut, this is the dramatic end of our board wall. A peel in dark walnut does double duty: launch the pizza, then carry it to the table looking like it came from a restaurant kitchen.
How We'd Style It
Hang it from a sturdy hook when it is off duty. On pizza night it is the serving board; slide, slice, pass.
