Returns

Twenty by fifteen inches at an inch and a quarter thick. Bigger than the everyday board, smaller than the island block, and the one most cooks end up using most.

Why We Chose It

Room to keep the onions on one side and the herbs on the other, with enough thickness to stay flat and quiet under the knife. Cut to order in cherry, maple or walnut.

Grain and color vary from board to board. It wants a wipe of board oil now and then, both faces, so it dries evenly.
